When a clinic posts a shift that fits your profile and availability, you receive a notification with full details. Review the clinic profile, the ward brief, and the rate. Accept or decline in one tap.
Show up, work, get paid
The shift confirmation includes ward contact details and any specific briefing notes from the clinic. After the shift, your earnings record is updated automatically in your Carewell dashboard.

When you work through an agency, the clinic pays a blended rate that includes the agency's margin, often 18 to 25 percent above what you see. That margin does not reach you. On Carewell, the rate the clinic posts is the rate you earn. Carewell's fee is paid by the clinic on top, not sliced from your side.
The Standard nurse plan is free. The optional Verified badge costs CHF 9 per month and surfaces your profile higher in clinic searches, which typically translates to more shift offers for nurses who take unsocial-hours windows.
