Common questions about cost
The commission is a percentage of the shift value paid by the clinic: 12% on the Starter plan, 7% on Ward, and 4% on Hospital. There is no additional markup on the nurse's rate. The nurse earns the full amount the clinic posts. The commission you will pay for a given shift is shown before you confirm.
No setup fee on any plan. The Starter plan has no monthly base and no commitment. The Ward and Hospital plans are billed monthly (or annually with a 20 percent discount). You can switch plans or cancel at any time with 30 days notice on the monthly cycle.
Platform base fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Commission on filled shifts is invoiced monthly in arrears. Invoices are in CHF and issued on the first business day of each month for the prior month's confirmed shifts.
Yes. The Verified plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Your profile reverts to Standard at the end of the current billing period, retaining your full shift history and credential verification.
